These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, guardians, and any other individuals who access or use our services in any capacity.
2. Our Services

- Free profile assessment and academic counseling sessions
- University selection and shortlisting based on student profile
- Assistance with university admission applications and documentation
- Student visa application guidance and documentation support

All initial counseling services are provided free of charge. Any service fees applicable to specific assistance (e.g., application processing, visa documentation) will be clearly communicated in a written agreement before any payment is requested.
3. Eligibility & NEET Compliance
As per guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India (formerly MCI), qualifying the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is mandatory for Indian students seeking admission to MBBS programs abroad and wishing to practise medicine in India after graduation.
Students are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring they meet the NEET qualification requirement before applying.
- Verifying that their chosen university and country meet NMC recognition standards at the time of admission.
- Staying updated with any changes in NMC/Government of India guidelines regarding foreign medical degrees.
We provide guidance based on NMC guidelines as they stand at the time of counseling. We are not liable for regulatory changes made after counseling that affect a student's eligibility.
4. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
Important Disclaimer: Eminent Education Consultancy does not and cannot guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa, or successful completion of any academic program.
All decisions regarding admission rest solely with the respective universities, subject to:
- The university's own eligibility criteria, seat availability, and admission policies.
- The accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by the student.
- Changes in university intake policies, government regulations, or geopolitical circumstances.
Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or consulate of the host country. While we maintain a 95% visa success rate through careful preparation, we cannot guarantee visa approval in every case.
5. Fee & Payment Policy
Free services: Initial counseling, profile assessment, university recommendation, and general guidance are offered free of charge with no obligation.
Paid services: Where a service fee applies (e.g., for application processing, document attestation coordination, or premium support packages), the following applies:
- All fees will be clearly communicated in writing before any payment is requested.
- A formal written agreement will be provided outlining services included and fees payable.
- No payment will be collected via unofficial channels or personal accounts.
- Refund policy: Service fees paid for application processing are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the university. Pre-application fees may be refunded subject to the terms in your individual service agreement.
- University tuition fees, hostel fees, and other fees paid directly to the university are governed solely by the university's own refund policies.
We strongly advise all clients to obtain a formal written receipt and service agreement before making any payment to us.
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Eminent Education Consultancy, you agree to:
- Accuracy of information: Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information in all forms, applications, and communications. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- Document authenticity: Submit only genuine, unaltered official documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate termination of services and potential reporting to authorities.
- Timely cooperation: Respond promptly to requests for documents, signatures, payments, or information. Delays caused by the client are not the Company's responsibility.
- Attendance at sessions: Attend scheduled counseling sessions as agreed. Repeated no-shows may result in de-prioritisation of your case.
- Personal responsibility for decisions: All final decisions regarding university choice, country, and timing are the client's own. We provide recommendations — the final choice is yours.
